Pinjarra Engineering was originally founded in
1987 by Brad Cooper who is still the current Managing Director.
The company was founded initially to refurbish
small specialist valves used in the Alumina Refinery Industry, that
were being discarded as uneconomically viable to repair. From this
meek beginning of repairing a few valves a week the company has
grown to employ twenty six staff. The growth has induced Valve
Manufacturers to enable Pinjarra Engineering to offer sales of New
and Specialty Valves. as well as offering a comprehensive range of
engineering manufacturing, repair services and custom fabrication.
Including: turning, milling, stainless & aluminium welding, coded
welding, pipe & plate work, profile cutting, pipe threading,
abrasive blasting, industrial painting, structural fabrication,
shutdown & maintenance work, marine repair and farm machinery
repairs.
The company is an official distributor for the world renowned
Belzona Polymer range of repair and protective coating products and
the sole licensee in WA for sales, service and repairs of Flowtech
and Robuschi vacuum pumps.
